Michael J. Simpers
Archangel Mission Solutions was founded by Michael J. Simpers, a veteran and defense-industry executive with 27 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and national-security missions.
His career spans executive leadership, engineering and technical services, program and project management, logistics and sustainment, federal contracting, research and development, and mission operations. He has led complex programs and geographically dispersed organizations, managed multidisciplinary teams, supported business growth and operational transformation, and worked across government and industry to solve demanding technical and programmatic challenges.
This breadth of experience shapes AMS’s approach to every engagement: understand the mission, build the right team, maintain disciplined execution, and deliver solutions that provide measurable value to the customer.

AMS operates in alignment with applicable quality and compliance standards while pursuing formal certifications where appropriate. Until those certifications are formally achieved, we distinguish between adherence to a standard and independent third-party certification.
